WN Builders was founded in 2014 by Wanderson Nogueira, who brought over a decade of hands‑on field management experience in the construction industry. What began as a small family business focused on serving the local community with quality craftsmanship laid the foundation for the company's future growth.
Years later, Daniel Bezerra joined the leadership of the company, bringing strong expertise in office organization, design, planning, and customer collaboration. Wanderson and Daniel lead the company's vision for growth, shaping WN Builders into a business specializing in custom construction and spec home projects, balancing unique homes tailored to individual clients with high‑quality homes built for the market.
Wanderson oversees the crews on‑site, ensuring each project is built with unmatched craftsmanship and providing a smooth, transparent customer experience. Daniel runs the office, leads the design process, prepares the drawings, and works directly with clients to customize their homes - turning ideas into tailored living spaces that reflect each customer's unique vision.
Today, WN Builders is a custom home builder with a dedicated team of over 25 skilled professionals. With Wanderson in the field and Daniel in the office, the company combines craftsmanship, innovation, and personalized service to bring our clients' dreams to life.
